Microbial Food


Pretty soon, our Biology 11 will have a Microbial Cheese and Wine presentation. I have not decided which food to make, so I went to my fridge and randomly took out any fermented food that came to my mind. This slice of cheese is one of them. But what can I make out of this? Hmm...  Anyways, cheeses are made with a bacteria called Lactobacillus. Lactobacillus is a facultative anaerobe, and a Gram-positive. And... oh darn did I just eat it up?
