Bacteria Lab Part Two

*All the photos and observations are from December 14th, 2010.
1) School plate (The plate is flipped to have a better look at the growth):
A section (stair rail): The damaged part grew more bacteria, seen from the change of colour. Also, there is a small circle beside the damaged part.
B section (school lock): A tiny dot on the intersection between A and B. No other changes visible.
C section (handle of the main entrance): A small circle in the corner of the section.
D section (control): Two yellow large dots merged.
-D section had changed the most since the first observation.

2) Aseptic plate (also flipped)
The markings of Sarcina aurantiaca is more visible. The bacteria growths on the curve of the marking are more visible.

3) Disc plate (also flipped)
There seems to be almost no reaction near the discs except for the little yellow growth near the "F" disc, which is soaked in soap. However, a massive amount of pink growth is spread all over the disc. I think this was caused by the small red dot that was in the "E" section since the first observation.
